Every once in a while, something pops up on the web that even
HAWT finds noteworthy.  This is the series called Web_geM,
and it's gonna snuggle you into clapping, hitting refresh
and forwarding it on to everyone you know...

Jenn Cloutier, a HAWTaction contributor. took on this week's New Yorker cover that shows Barack Obama as a terrorist in the White House.  (Jenn's article: J.C.: Why is Obama Sensitive to the New Yorker Cover

capt.adbaab2dfc544d1ab4f30612a2e46cd7.obama_new_yorker_nyr101.jpgWell, I don't agree with Jenn's take on the cover.  Instead, I get in line with the Daily Show.  Tuesday's broadcast had 5 minutes of true brilliance discussing the cartoon and the media's response to it.  This is the Daily Show at its greatest, when its research department, writers and Jon Stewart are all in sync.

Brilliant.  Just brilliant.  Watch the Daily Show.
